1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Transakčná Daň ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. This agreement is between you and TEKBIZ OÜ. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), acting as Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree toPaddle's Terms of Use.

2. Description of Service

Transakčná Daň (provided by TEKBIZ OÜ) is a calculation tool designed to assist users in computing their Financial Transaction Tax (FTT) liability based on bank statement data. The Service processes CSV and XML files from supported banks (including Revolut and Wise) and generates tax calculations and XML reports for Form 611.

Important Disclaimer: Transakčná Daň is a calculation tool, not a tax advisor. TEKBIZ OÜ is not liable for incorrect tax filings. Users are responsible for verifying all data and calculations before submitting tax returns to the Slovak tax authorities.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Verify all calculations before filing tax returns
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TEKBIZ OÜ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the Service. TEKBIZ OÜ is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of this information.

TEKBIZ OÜ is not liable for incorrect tax filings. User verifies all data.

In no event shall TEKBIZ OÜ, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at €19 per month.

Payment Processing by Paddle: All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle will charge your chosen payment method for any paid transactions, including any applicable taxes. You will receive all invoices and receipts in electronic format from Paddle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, contact Paddle support at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. For refund information, please see our Refund Policy.

6. Data Processing

We do not store your banking CSV files. All data processing occurs in ephemeral session memory. For more information about how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TEKBIZ OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
